Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager to handle end-to-end procurement activities for UPS systems, batteries, electrical components, and related materials. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price negotiation, inventory coordination, and timely material procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement and sourcing of UPS, batteries, electrical & power backup components
- Manage vendor development, negotiations, and purchase orders
- Ensure timely delivery and inventory availability
- Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams for material planning
- Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain records in ERP\Tally systems
- Ensure quality compliance and vendor performance tracking
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of UPS / Electrical / Power Backup products
- Experience in procurement and inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP/Tally and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Electrical, or related field
- Experience in UPS, Electrical, Solar, or Industrial Equipment industry preferred

- Candidates from UPS / Electrical industry will be given preference.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
