Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying
- Assist staff with clerical support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
