About the Role
Radon India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive lead generation, brand visibility, and digital growth through effective online marketing strategies. The candidate should have strong expertise in Google SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns with a performance-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage paid marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Improve website ranking through effective SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
- Monitor campaign budgets, ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversion metrics
- Create audience targeting strategies for Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives and campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Optimize landing pages and digital funnels for better conversions
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google SEO and Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of keyword planning, backlinking, and on-page/off-page SEO
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads / Digital Marketing will be preferred
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in interior, architecture, furniture, or lifestyle industry preferred
- Creative mindset with result-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
