Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Goa, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and Sikkim
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in pharmaceutical sales and business development.
The selected candidates will work in the field within their respective territories and will be managed remotely by our Head Office in Mumbai. There is no requirement to report to the office on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's products and services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, laboratories, and other potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to achieve sales and business development objectives.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports and sales updates.
- Coordinate with the Mumbai Head Office for sales planning, reporting, and customer support.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or Bachelor's degree in Microbiology (mandatory).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
