Job Summary
AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Expert) to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), events, and conversion tracking.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams to produce high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform updates, policies, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience running Lead Generation, Website Conversion, Sales, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Event Manager, and campaign tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
