Job Summary
LearningShala is hiring an experienced Team Leader – Inside Sales to lead and manage an inside sales team, drive performance, and achieve admission targets for online UG and PG degree programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 Inside Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
- Handle inbound leads through CRM (LeadSquared or similar).
- Understand student profiles, eligibility, and career aspirations.
- Guide the team in counseling students for UG and PG online degree programs.
- Ensure achievement of admission and walk-in targets.
- Track productivity and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with management to achieve sales goals.

The role involves counseling students and driving enrollments for online UG and PG degree programs offered through LearningShala in collaboration with leading universities, including:
- Amity University
- Manipal Academy of Higher Education and similar
Average Course Value: ₹3.75 Lakhs
Performance Expectations
- Support the team in achieving daily calling and productivity goals.
- Monitor connected talk time and overall engagement with prospective students.
- Drive consistent walk-in/demo bookings and admissions through effective team management.
Work Details
- Location: Noida (Work From Office)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
Eligibility
- EdTech industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in UG/PG domestic university admissions or education sales is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader managing 15–20 sales executives.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Comfortable managing high-volume calling teams.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
