Job Description
Looking for experienced Pre-Sales professionals with strong expertise in telecalling, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion support within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales closures
- Explain project details and address customer queries effectively
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer database
- Coordinate with sales team for site visits and conversion process
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure positive customer experience
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Telesales / Pre-Sales
- Prior experience in Real Estate industry is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Tamil preferred
