- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and testing of motors, conveyors, crushers, and screening equipment to identify potential failures before they occur.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose malfunctions in electrical circuits, PLC systems, and control panels. Replace faulty components such as relays, sensors, and circuit breakers.
- System Installation: Install and wire new machinery, including VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), starters, and lighting systems, ensuring all work meets local electrical codes.
- PLC & Automation: Monitor and adjust Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI interfaces to ensure the crushing circuit operates at peak efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and MSHA/OSHA safety standards to prevent accidents in a high-voltage environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of repairs, electrical diagrams, and parts inventory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
