We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (5 - 7 years) to take complete ownership of building, integrating, and maintaining robust web applications. In this role, you will work across the entire stack—crafting responsive user interfaces, engineering scalable backend services, optimizing data layers, and driving modern DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Front-End Development: Develop highly responsive, component-driven front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Backend Architecture: Build efficient, secure, and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- API Integration: Design, document, and implement robust RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and backend systems.
- Database Optimization: Design, scale, and optimize database schemas for maximum reliability and query performance.
- DevOps & Delivery: Implement automated CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized application deployments.
- Performance & Support: Actively troubleshoot production issues, debug complex system bottlenecks, and continuously improve application performance.
Mandatory Skills
- Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, and modern state management.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, and core asynchronous programming concepts.
- APIs & Protocols: RESTful APIs, JSON integration, and secure endpoints.
- Databases: PostgreSQL or MongoDB (Schema design, indexing, and raw queries).
- DevOps & Version Control: Docker (Containerization), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications & Soft Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail in code quality and system performance.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to align with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders.
