Job Descripition :
Identify and establish tie-ups with corporates, banks, schools, colleges, universities, industries, government organizations, insurance companies, TPAs, NGOs, residential communities, fitness centers, hotels, travel agencies, and other institutions.
1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HR departments, administrators, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
2. Promote the hospital's healthcare services, health check-up packages, vaccination programs, maternity and pediatric services, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
3. Organize and coordinate health camps, employee wellness programs, health awareness sessions, vaccination drives, first-aid training, and community outreach activities.
4. Coordinate pre-employment, annual, and occupational health check-ups for corporate employees and institutional clients.
5. Facilitate empanelment with corporate organizations, insurance companies, TPAs, and other business partners, and coordinate cashless healthcare services where applicable.
6. Build and strengthen referral networks with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to increase patient referrals.
7. Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets through corporate and institutional tie-ups.
8. Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and corporate events to enhance the hospital's visibility and brand image.
9. Prepare daily visit reports, maintain a database of clients and prospects, and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
10. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
11. Monitor the performance of corporate tie-ups, ensure timely renewal of agreements, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
12. Collect market intelligence, monitor competitors' activities, and recommend strategies to improve business growth.
13. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, maintain professional ethics, and represent the hospital positively during all external interactions.
