ServiceNow Analytics & Dashboarding Specialist
Role Summary
Seeking a ServiceNow Analytics & Dashboarding specialist with strong hands‑on experience in
Performance Analytics (PA) and ITSM reporting. The role focuses on building operational and
executive dashboards, KPIs, and insights to support decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Build Performance Analytics indicators, widgets, scorecards, and breakdowns
- Design ITSM KPIs and trend reports (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLA)
- Translate business reporting requirements into scalable analytics solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports and dashboards
- Support executive and management‑level reporting needs
Mandatory Skills
- 3-7 years of experience in ServiceNow reporting and analytics
- Expertise in ServiceNow dashboards and reporting
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and data model
- Working knowledge of JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting (Glide APIs)
- Experience interacting with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
