- Sourcing & Purchasing: Handle end-to-end procurement cycles for direct items (aircraft parts, maintenance consumables) and indirect items (IT software, uniform, cabin supplies).
- Vendor Management: Evaluate, onboard, and monitor suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, volume discounts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all aviation-related purchases meet strict airworthiness approvals, safety standards, and civil aviation regulations.
- Cost Optimization: Conduct market analysis, spend analytics, and competitive bidding (RFP/RFQ) to drive cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work alongside maintenance, engineering, logistics, and finance teams to prevent operational delays or stockouts.
