We are seeking a skilled and passionate Café Chef to oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality culinary offerings in our café. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing café-style menus, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while delivering an excellent customer dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present café menu items including sandwiches, burgers, wraps, pasta, salads, breakfast dishes, and snacks.
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Train and guide kitchen assistants and junior staff.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth order execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of café cuisine and food preparation techniques.
- Experience in preparing Continental, Fast Food, and Café-style dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant hands-on kitchen experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
