About the Role
Royal Pepper Banquets is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor Cum Camera Operator to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about capturing memorable moments and creating engaging videos, we'd love to hear from you.
Since Royal Pepper Banquets has 11 premium banquet properties, you'll be required to travel to different venues based on event schedules and shoot weddings, social events, corporate functions, and promotional content.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality videos and photos of weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
- Travel to different Royal Pepper Banquets properties as per event requirements.
- Operate professional cameras, gimbals, and other video equipment.
- Create cinematic event highlights, promotional reels, and social media content.
- Edit videos with smooth transitions, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute content shoots.
- Maintain and handle camera equipment with care.
- Deliver projects within the given timelines while maintaining high quality.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
- Hands-on experience with Gimbal operation (DJI Ronin, Zhiyun, or similar).
- Excellent understanding of camera settings, framing, lighting, and composition.
- Expertise in video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro (Optional)
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Lightroom will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and promotional advertisements.
- Ability to work under deadlines and during weekends/events when required.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Experience in weddings, banquets, hospitality, or event industry will be preferred.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel across all 11 Royal Pepper Banquets properties according to event schedules.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
