We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused E-commerce Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent support across multiple e-commerce platforms including our website, Amazon, and eBay.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via email professionally and promptly
- Manage customer support across platforms such as Website, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product information
- Coordinate with courier companies regarding delivery and tracking issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Update order and customer records accurately
- Work closely with the warehouse and operations team to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce support preferred
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or eBay is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
