Qualification: ITI / Diploma Electrical only
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidates to join our transformer manufacturing and service team. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Selected candidates will receive practical training and will be involved in various manufacturing, assembly, testing, and site service activities related to power and distribution transformers.
Key Responsibilities
- Moulding and insulation component preparation.
- Core assembly and transformer winding activities.
- Coil winding, wiring, and electrical connections.
- Casting and related production processes.
- Transformer tank assembly and fitting works.
- Assisting in transformer manufacturing and production operations.
- Supporting testing and quality inspection activities.
- Loading, unloading, and movement of materials within the production facility.
- Assisting senior technicians and engineers in daily production tasks.
- Attending transformer installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service activities at customer sites.
- Following safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to understand technical instructions and drawings.
- Willingness to work in production and field service environments.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Ability to travel for site service activities when required.
Eligibility
- Freshers are highly preferred.
- Prior experience in transformer manufacturing, electrical assembly, wiring, winding, testing, or site service will be an added advantage.
- ITI Electrician, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering can apply.
