Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Growth Executive who can connect deeply with leads, build trust, and convert them into long-term clients through meaningful conversations.
This is not transactional selling.
This is psychological, consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Conversion & Sales
- Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
- Handle pre-webinar & post-webinar conversions
- Understand customer pain points (stress, sleep, health, emotional challenges)
- Guide them to the right program and close sales
- Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets
2. Relationship Building
- Build strong rapport and trust with prospects
- Maintain consistent follow-ups until decision-making
- Handle objections with empathy and clarity
- Support customers in their transformation journey
3. Upselling & Retention
- Identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients to higher programs
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers
- Ensure high engagement and satisfaction
4. Community & Lead Management
- Manage WhatsApp groups and engagement
- Track lead activity, responsiveness, and quality
- Maintain proper follow-up and lead tracking system
- Coordinate with team for smooth execution
5. App & Engagement Monitoring
- Monitor user activity on the Yuktiness App
- Identify inactive users and re-engage them
- Support onboarding experience for new clients
6. Basic Marketing Support
- Create simple posters/content using tools like Canva
- Record basic videos or voice notes if required
- Support promotional campaigns when needed
Candidate Profile (Who We’re Looking For)
- Graduate with minimum 1 year sales experience
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
- Confident in handling calls and closing conversations
- Comfortable with calling-based sales role
Must-Have Qualities
- Highly dedicated, sincere, and proactive
- Strong empathy + listening ability
- Ability to understand human behavior & emotions
- Logical thinking + problem-solving mindset
- Confident personality with strong persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections & negotiations
Bonus (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Experience in coaching / wellness / education sales
- Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp, CRM, Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of Canva / content creation
Work Details
