Customer Support Executive
Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Experience:1–4 Years
Salary:₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through Phone, Email, and Live Chat.
- Provide timely and professional support to UK customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Assist customers with order tracking, deliveries, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow up on customer issues and ensure complete resolution.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of customer handling and issue resolution.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working with CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-first attitude with a positive and professional approach.
