Technical Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, project requirements, and skill expectations.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls to assess communication skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels or clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports for regular updates and pipeline management.
