We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
