Job Description – Sales Executive & Telecaller Position: Sales Executive & Telecaller Job Summary: We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates to join our Sales and Telecalling team. The role involves calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers. - Generate and qualify sales leads. - Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans. - Schedule and coordinate customer site visits. - Follow up with interested customers until the sale is closed. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. - Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Coordinate with the sales team and submit regular progress reports. Requirements - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer and smartphone knowledge. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
