Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused F&B Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a memorable guest experience and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
- Set up, clean, and maintain restaurant tables and service areas.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and hotel SOPs.
- Assist during banquets, events, and special functions as required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
- Experience in hospitality or F&B service is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
