2. Commercial / Residential Sales Focus : Handle sales of Commercial Shops, Offices, Retails spaces
3. Market Expertise : Strong Knowledge of Navi Mumbai & Thane KDMC areas like Airoli, Nerul, Turbhe
4. Client Handling : Meet HNI, Investors and Business owners. Conduct site visits and close deals
5. Lead Generation : generate leads through portals, channel partners, and direct references
6. CRM & Reporting : Maintain daily MIS, follow-ups, and sales reports
7. Team Coordination : Coordinate with Marketing, Loan, and Legal for smooth documentation
Key Requirements :
1. Language : English / Hindi / Marathi
2. Experience : 5+ Years in Real Estate Sales, Builder side experience is a must
3. Local Market : Candidate should have worked on Navi Mumbai / Thane projects
4. Skills : Negotiation, Closing and Target Oriented
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
