Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Data Steward to support data preparation, validation, migration, and governance activities for NetSuite implementation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and project management to ensure high-quality data throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Review source data and NetSuite data templates for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Coordinate data collection from business stakeholders and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
- Cleanse, standardize, map, and validate master and transactional data before migration.
- Support data conversion activities, including data extraction, transformation, mock loads, reconciliations, and production loads.
- Identify data quality issues, document root causes, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Maintain data trackers, issue logs, validation reports, and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile source-system data with NetSuite after migration cycles.
- Support UAT by investigating and resolving data-related issues.
- Ensure customer, vendor, item, chart of accounts, employee, subsidiary, and other master data complies with governance standards.
- Assist with duplicate detection, naming conventions, mandatory fields, and data retention requirements.
- Escalate risks affecting testing, cutover, reporting, or business readiness.
- Support cutover activities and post-go-live data stabilization.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and serve as a trusted point of contact for NetSuite data-related queries.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting NetSuite implementations, ERP data migration, or master data management.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite records, customers, vendors, items, subsidiaries, accounting data, and transaction structures.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data comparison, reconciliation).
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CSV imports, Saved Searches, NetSuite reporting, and data load templates.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and data governance best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.

Pay: ₹707,219.49 - ₹2,015,886.66 per year
