Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic VP – Sales to lead and drive real estate sales operations for the Pune location. The candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, team management, business expansion, and achieving overall sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities and must join along with an existing high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall sales function for the assigned region
- Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and expansion strategies
- Manage and mentor large sales teams to ensure high performance
- Handle premium clients, investors, and high-value property deals
- Monitor sales performance, conversions, and revenue generation
- Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and CRM teams for lead flow management
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders
- Ensure smooth execution of sales operations and reporting
Mandatory Requirement:
