Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports on work status, resource utilization, and delays.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure quality control and assurance in all stages of construction.
- Resolve technical issues on site and escalate complex matters to the Project Manager.
- Manage site logistics, including material delivery, manpower allocation, and equipment availability.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory requirements.
- Maintain documentation such as site diaries, material testing records, and quality checklists.
- Liaise with government authorities and local bodies for approvals and inspections as required.
- Experience of Mivan Shuttering, lead team execution, coordinate with contractors and departments.
- Complete Project Life cycle management from Foundation to Handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 6–7 years of proven experience in site execution, preferably in real estate residential/commercial projects.
- Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
