Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of project management specialists to deliver complex projects within the Consumer Banking Group
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Mentor and develop the project management skills of the team to enhance their capabilities
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and drive innovation within the organization
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related issues
- Demonstrated experience in the financial services industry or the consumer banking sector is preferred
