Stitch complete garments including proto, fit, size set, and pre-production samples as per tech pack, measurement chart, and pattern.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, seams types, stitch types, and ability to stitch complex styles like Kurtis, shirts, trousers etc.,
Read and interpret patterns, construction sheets, and designer comments. Flag any mismatch between pattern and spec sheet.
Ensure samples meet quality standards for stitching, seam allowance, tension, and finishing.
Work with different fabrics and to attach trims, zippers, buttons, and other accessories correctly.
Incorporate fit comments from buyers/pattern masters.
Operate SNLS, overlock, flatlock, button attach, bar tack, and other specialized machines safely and efficiently.
Work closely with pattern master, merchandiser, production and quality team to resolve construction issues before bulk.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
