JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new project onboarding – documentation, feasibility reports, and coordination with legal and sales teams.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns with clear ROI and high-quality leads.
- Develop and maintain brand strategy, naming, and visual identity for all projects.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and monthly content calendars.
- Manage design, photoshoots, and marketing collaterals ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate across departments for project promotions, events, and internal branding.
- Handle vendor management for printing, creative, digital, and event services.
- Monitor marketing budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain transparent reporting.
- Lead and guide the marketing team, drive creativity, and ensure 80%+ KRA achievement.Qualifications & Skills
Preferred Candidate Profile: (Real Estate, 5+ Years’ Experience)
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant marketing experience—at real estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or similar field.
- Proven expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and lead generation.
- Strong track record in planning and executing digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Experience developing brand strategy, visual identifiers, and managing marketing collaterals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, vendors, designers).
- Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and report transparently.
- Prior experience leading and mentoring marketing teams with measurable performance improvements.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
