Job Summary
Talwarsons Jewellers is looking for a CRM Executive who can manage customer relationships, handle client communication, maintain CRM records, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and chat.
- Coordinate client appointments and video calls with timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer details, enquiries, and leads in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and pricing details.
- Maintain daily walk-in customer records and prepare reports.
- Manage customer feedback and monitor Google Reviews.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Prepare monthly CRM reports related to customer trends, sales data, and salesperson performance.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and collections.
- Maintain vendor and PR databases and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Ensure CRM software records are updated and accurate.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and reporting.
- Professional attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
