Job Description
We are a fast-growing manufacturing company engaged in the production of DC Personal Fans, Hand Fans, Wireless Chargers, Power Banks, Air Purifiers, Heaters, Torches and Emergency Lanterns.
We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer who can establish and maintain quality standards throughout incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final product testing.
Responsibilities:
- Incoming material inspection and approval
- In-process quality monitoring on production lines
- Final product inspection before dispatch
- Preparation of quality reports and inspection records
- Root cause analysis of quality issues
- Corrective and preventive action implementation
- Vendor quality monitoring
- Customer complaint analysis and resolution
- Monitoring product reliability and performance
- Training operators on quality standards
- Coordination with production and purchase departments
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Quality Control tools
- Understanding of electronic components
- Experience in consumer electronics or small appliances
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools
- Root Cause Analysis
- CAPA implementation
- MS Excel and reporting skills
Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Salary Range ₹6,00,000 – 7,20,000 p a (depending on experience)
Experience: 4 to 6 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
Preferred Industry: Consumer Electronics, Fans, Power Banks, Chargers, Home Appliances, EMS Manufacturing
