Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution of daily activities
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer queries and complaints effectively
Maintain food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene as per company and regulatory standards
Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely ordering of stock and supplies
Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses to improve profitability
Prepare daily sales reports, shift reports, and other operational documentation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety guidelines
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain service efficiency and guest satisfaction
Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to enhance productivity and service quality
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed as per company standards
