Role Overview
We’re looking for a CRM Executive to manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers. The role involves handling queries, coordinating orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth pre/after‑sales support while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
Customer relationship management — Build long‑term ties with distributors, dealers & customers.
* Order coordination — Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely updates.
* Complaint handling — Register, resolve, and coordinate warranty/replacement requests.
* CRM database management — Update profiles, maintain records, generate reports.
* Sales support — Assist with quotations, documentation, campaigns, and product launches.
* After‑sales service — Handle warranty/service requests and collect feedback.
* Reporting — Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and track retention metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 2–4 years in CRM, customer support, or sales coordination.
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
* Experience in mobile accessories, electronics, FMCG, or consumer durables preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
