We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to enhance passenger satisfaction and strengthen customer engagement. The role involves interacting with passengers after their travel, gathering feedback on their journey experience, and encouraging them to provide ratings and reviews on aggregator platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to passengers after their bus journey.
- Proficiency in Telugu (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
- Ability to speak Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Collect feedback regarding travel experience, service quality, punctuality, and overall satisfaction.
- Encourage passengers to rate and review their experience on aggregator and review platforms.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate concerns to the relevant department when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and review status.
- Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with management for service improvement.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and customer engagement targets.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively during all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer feedback professionally and courteously.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
