We are looking for an experienced Head Pattern Master to join a leading Luxury Couture Fashion House in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in luxury women's wear, bridal couture, evening wear, and occasion wear, with expertise in pattern making, garment construction, and fittings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop patterns from designer sketches.
- Create and modify patterns for bridal, couture, and luxury garments.
- Handle pattern making, draping, and sample development.
- Develop patterns for gowns, lehengas, corsets, jackets, and other couture garments.
- Conduct fittings and ensure perfect garment fit.
- Coordinate with designers, sampling, and production teams.
- Lead and manage the pattern-making and tailoring team.
- Maintain high standards of quality, finishing, and garment construction.

Preferred Experience
- 15–25+ years of experience as a Pattern Master.
- Experience in Luxury Couture / Designer Fashion Houses.
- Strong background in Bridal Wear, Evening Wear, Couture, and Women's Wear.
- Candidates from brands such as Rahul Mishra, Shantnu & Nikhil, Tarun Tahiliani, Amit Aggarwal, Amit GT, Lecoanet Hemant, Seema Gujral, Manish Malhotra, Sabyasachi, JJ Valaya, Rohit Bal, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Falguni Shane Peacock, or similar luxury couture brands will be preferred.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
