Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate BBA Faculty to join our academic team at Thampanoor & Kazhakoottam. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students through practical examples, discussions, and activity-based learning.
Subjects to Handle
The faculty member will be responsible for teaching the following BBA subjects:
- Accounting for Business
- Business Regulatory Framework
- Macro Economics
- Research Methodology
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom lectures for BBA students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain concepts using practical examples, case studies, and current business scenarios.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluate student performance.
- Guide students in academic projects, research activities, and presentations.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and overall performance.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic activities, workshops, seminars, and institutional events.
- Maintain required academic records and documentation.
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvement of teaching methodologies.
Eligibility & Skills
- M.Com / Master's Degree in Commerce or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably in BBA/UG management programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Business Laws/Regulatory Framework, Economics, and Research Methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Ability to use PowerPoint, digital teaching tools, and other academic resources.
- Strong presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
