Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create impactful design solutions for web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to improve product experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving overall design quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments.
- Knowledge of interaction design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
