Principal Responsibilities:-
- Lead and review end-to-end accounting functions, including bookkeeping, general ledger scrutiny, month-end and year-end closing, and finalization of financial statements across multiple client engagements.
- Oversee statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income-tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, ROC and other regulatory filings; review calculations and returns prior to submission.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial dashboards, cash flow statements, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses, providing actionable insights to management and clients.
- Act as a Virtual CFO for assigned clients by advising on financial planning, working capital management, profitability improvement, business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of 4–8 accounting and compliance professionals, ensuring timely execution, quality control and adherence to internal processes.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring accuracy of books, timely closure of accounts, compliance management and delivery of client reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with the client, internal teams, statutory auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities for data collation, audits, assessments, due diligence exercises and compliance matters.
- Review and implement accounting systems, internal controls, SOPs and ERP/accounting software solutions including Tally and Zoho Books to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Support clients in fundraising, bank financing, corporate restructuring, FEMA, transfer pricing and other strategic finance matters as and when required.
Essential requirements:
- CA/CMA with minimum 2 years of post qualification work experience
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books.
- Extensive experience in GST, TDS, Income-tax, ROC and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and financial reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, client management, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client engagements and supervise a team.

As per industry standards and commensurate with the candidate's experience, expertise and overall fit for the role.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
