Asian Grains is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and result-oriented Area Sales Officers for the Vyttila region. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are passionate about building a career in FMCG sales.
The role involves field sales, developing new retail outlets, strengthening distributor relationships, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Freshers will receive guidance and training to succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle field sales activities in the assigned territory.
- Visit retail outlets and develop new business opportunities.
- Expand market coverage and increase product availability.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve business goals.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in FMCG or field sales will be an added advantage.
- Graduate or Diploma holders preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
