Duties:
- Maintaining relationship with travelers by calling and understanding their trip related details.
- Ensuring quality of customer experience for travelers by resolving conflicts & handling trip related responsibilities.
- Answer customer calls courteously to provide information about products and services, arrange consultations and obtain feedback about service.
- Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat medium concerning various queries.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication (Written & Oral) skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge with MS-office and effective browsing skills.
- High attention to details and ability multitask.
- Self-Motivated, willing to learn and adapt to new processes.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
