- Act as the primary liaison between patients, attendants, and the hospital management.
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a positive hospital experience.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve patient concerns effectively.
- Maintain good public relations and promote the hospital's image and reputation.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, admission procedures, and discharge processes.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and submit reports to management.
- Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, corporate clients, and external agencies when required.
- Ensure proper communication of hospital policies, facilities, and service updates to patients and visitors.
- Support marketing and branding activities of the hospital.
- Maintain records of patient grievances, suggestions, and resolutions.
- Assist VIP patients and visitors and coordinate their requirements.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on patient feedback and public relations activities.
- Promote ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and hospital policies at all times.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation-related activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management, Medical Superintendent, or Hospital Administrator.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,559.34 per month
