Role Description
As a Leadership & Growth Intern, you will lead awareness, engagement, and community building initiatives within your campus. You will work closely with the Mentor Sprints leadership team to, promote mentorship and career growth initiatives, while building develop leadership and startup growth skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and grow a strong student community on your campus by actively engaging peers through platforms like WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram etc.
· Be the campus voice for initiatives such as webinars, workshops, mentorship sessions, and hackathons, buildathon, valuation olympiad etc. while driving student interest and participation attendance.
· Collaborate with student clubs, societies, placement cells, to increase Mentor Sprints' visibility and strengthen on campus presence.
· Build or customise new products as per the need of the students at the campus
· Contribute to leadership and growth initiatives by participating in campaigns, sharing student insights and feedback, and suggesting ideas to enhance community engagement and impact.
