Role Overview
The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and pitching branding and BTL campaign solutions. The role demands a proactive, target-oriented professional with strong client-handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across target sectors
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) to understand requirements
- Pitch branding, activation, and BTL campaign ideas effectively
- Develop customized proposals aligned with client objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution planning
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship management
- Understanding of branding, BTL activations, and advertising concepts
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
Experience
- 2–5 years in business development, preferably in advertising/marketing agencies
Location
- Gurgaon (with client meetings across NCR / PAN India as required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
