We are inviting application from experienced candidates for the post of Medical Superintendent to oversee the clinical, administrative, operational, and financial management of our medical college and hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Governance: Oversees daily medical operations, coordinates with department heads, and ensures the highest standards of patient safety and clinical care.
- Staff Management: Manages medical and nursing personnel, oversees duty rosters, handles hiring, and drives training programs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures the hospital complies with all healthcare laws, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards (such as NABH/PNDT guidelines).
- Resource & Financial Management: Develops and monitors budgets, allocates resources effectively, and manages procurement.
- Quality Assurance: Chairs or participates in vital hospital committees (e.g., Infection Control, Patient Safety, and Medical Audit committees) to improve hospital operations.
- Grievance Redressal: Manages patient feedback and staff grievances to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration

MBBS with MHA
Experience:
6 to 9 years of relevant experience in a reputed medical college or hospital
