We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive our B2C sales function and lead a high-performing sales team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in B2C sales and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 4–5 Sales Executives, driving customer acquisition, achieving revenue targets, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent sales performance. The candidate should have prior experience managing sales teams and a proven track record of delivering results in a B2C sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Identify market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and conversion opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience and sales outcomes.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business updates to management.
- Drive adherence to company processes, CRM updates, and sales best practices.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2C sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
