Job Title: Associate Dentist – Video Consultation
Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional who can connect with customers, provide video consultations, and create a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide video consultations to customers.
- Explain the treatment process and highlight its benefits.
- Get trained in and use 3D imaging technology.
- Educate and guide customers about our clear aligner system.
- Convert potential customers into patients.
- Provide a best-in-class customer experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients/patients.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
Requirements:
- BDS/MDS qualification. Freshers are also welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain and pitch the treatment to prospective customers.
- Quick learner and willing to learn new technologies.
- Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
