What You'll Work On
- Photo manipulation and image corrections for entertainment content
- Background extension, compositing, retouching, and creative modifications
- Image resizing, text placement, and catalogue asset preparation
- Maintaining high quality standards while working at scale
- Collaborating with internal teams and incorporating feedback efficiently
Must Have
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop
- Portfolio showcasing manual photo manipulation, compositing, retouching, and image editing work
- Understanding of layers, masking, selections, blending modes, and non-destructive workflows
- Good design fundamentals and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Illustrator and Figma
- Good communication skills in English
Important
- This is not a UI/UX role.
- Portfolios focused primarily on UI/UX, branding, illustration, or Canva designs will not be considered.
- Portfolios heavily dependent on AI-generated artwork will not be considered.
- Applicants must showcase their own manual Photoshop skills through real project work.
Preferred
- Experience with entertainment, advertising, or digital media projects
- Exposure to production or high-volume creative workflows
