- Must have world-class leadership quality in managing buyers.
- Able to bring new buyers for the company.
- Will be the face of the company to deal with different buyers concerned to his/her accounts.
- Must be able to communicate with and manage International buyers on a day to day basis.
- Must have complete know how of the commercials involved in each process and should have high analytical skills to manage order to cash analysis.
- Provide management reports on Buyer accounts in relation to orders/costing /Volume growth and inter departmental reports on monthly / quarterly /half yearly/ yearly basis.
- Must attend and lead the meetings related to their respective buyers on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Must be technically & commercially well versed to be able to negotiate/discuss with buyers of all of his/her buyer accounts.
- To properly manage and review weekly the TNA of each orders and make sure orders are given to factories in smooth way according to the company planning.
- Effectively manage relationships with other departments and factor teams to ensure a smooth flow of work.
