About the Role
Million Phase Industry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import Export & Logistics Executive to manage international shipments, export/import documentation, logistics coordination, customs compliance, and communication with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and customers. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international trade procedures, documentation, and supply chain operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesImport & Export Operations
- Manage complete export and import documentation.
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, proforma invoices, shipping instructions, and other export documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers (CHA), transporters, and logistics partners.
- Arrange bookings for sea, air, and road shipments.
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export and import consignments.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Air Way Bill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Fumigation Certificate
- Insurance Documents
- Shipping Bill
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FEMA, GST, and other applicable export-import regulations.
- Coordinate with banks regarding export documentation under LC, Advance Payment, TT, and other payment terms.
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international logistics.
- Negotiate freight rates with logistics service providers.
- Coordinate container movement and transportation.
- Monitor freight costs and optimize logistics expenses.
- Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues promptly.
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate effectively with overseas customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Warehouse departments for smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain shipment records and logistics MIS reports.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily shipment status reports.
- Maintain import/export documentation records.
- Generate logistics cost reports and shipment analysis.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Import Export Management or Logistics (Preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 Years of experience in Import Export, Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
