Job Title:School Counselor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic School Counselor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a school or counseling setting to support the academic, social, and emotional development of K–12 students in a fully online learning environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in virtual counseling, student advocacy, and collaborative problem-solving with teachers, parents, and administrators.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Support
Provide individual and group counseling sessions via video conferencing to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
Develop and implement personalized intervention and support plans based on student needs.
Deliver proactive guidance curriculum on topics such as study skills, career planning, mental health awareness, and conflict resolution.
Academic & Career Guidance
Review student transcripts, monitor credit accumulation, and assist in creating graduation and career plans.
Support students with college applications, scholarships, FAFSA guidance, and career readiness activities.
Analyze student data to recommend appropriate academic programs and interventions.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success and well-being.
Maintain and review Student 504 plans and other support documentation as needed.
Refer students to external mental health professionals or community resources when necessary.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in the school’s Education Management System.
Participate in virtual staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Travel occasionally for in-person state testing or student events, if required. �
Qualifications
Education & Certification
Master’s degree in School Counseling.
Valid state certification or licensure as a School Counselor (or eligibility for licensure).
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a school counselor or in a related counseling role, preferably in a K–12 setting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
